CISERP

 
 

El Centro de Investigación y Servicios Profesionales (CISERP) is a non-profit association. Since 2007, they have implemented the Strategic Project for Food Security (PESA) in 8 municipalities of the Altos de Chiapas region, working with 1,500 indigenous families. They received TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Their expertise includes agricultural production, conservation of natural resources, education in health and nutrition, and the strengthening of community organization.

The team is made up of a multidisciplinary group of Tsotsil and Tseltal speakers, almost all from Chiapas.
